Thanksgiviing Photos

Suzanna and David hosted 10 guests for a wonderful Thanksgiving. Eva's Uncle Jordan and Auntie Katherine and son Torin were there along with Katherine's sister Abigale and their parents. Eva's Mamie and Granddaddy, Nana and Grampa Ken were also there. It was cozy and warm and the food was a communtiy effort that resulted in a wonderful feast. We have much to be thankful for this year. Eva really enjoyed playing with her cousin Torin.

Friday after Thanksgiving

The sun came out for a brief hour and half today. We played in the yard a bit where Eva spotted a bird Then we walked to the river to feed the gulls. Later Eva, mama, dada, and granddaddy took advantage of the break in the weather for an eventful walk on the beach. Eva like the kelps that had washed up during the recent heavy surf.

Neahkahnie Mountain hike 18 November

We experienced a respite from the ongoing storm cycle this weekend and headed south to Neahkahnie Mountain for a short hike. We found a clear view to the south from near the top. The rains returned again the next day, which was spent mostly indoors.
