David thought he spotted a HORNED PUFFIN today from the surfer parking lot at the Seaside Cove, so it was out of the car and into the backpack with Eva to walk out the cobbles for a closer look. Dad was able to digiscope a few photos of the puffin through Steve's spotting scope later in the day. Horned Puffin was a life bird for David and of course Eva, if she could know it. She seemed to enjoy the beach regardless as you can see by her expression. She also really enjoyed seeing Mike's daughter Michelle who came out with her dad to look for the puffin too.

5 April

We went to Taeryn's house in Astoria today and played with Madeline and Silas. Madeline let Eva try out swinging. It was her first time and she loved it. Fun stuff!
